Studio culture
Our culture is based on encouraging creativity, transparency, rewarding success, personal development and an open exchange of ideas and teamwork. Operating from 15 international design studios, we aim to cultivate an international and local creative culture, no matter where you are based.
We encourage team social activities, training and CPDs, as well as design, sketch and photography competitions. We also promote team-building and a culture of friendship and fun both in the workplace and after hours. All of our studios are culturally diverse and we promote equal opportunities.

Nuestra cultura se basa en fomentar la creatividad, la transparencia, el éxito, el desarrollo personal y un intercambio abierto de ideas y trabajo en equipo. Operando desde 18 estudios de diseño internacionales, aspiramos a cultivar una cultura creativa internacional y local, sin importar dónde se encuentre.
Animamos las actividades sociales del equipo, entrenamiento y CPDs, así como las competiciones del diseño, del bosquejo y de la fotografía. También promovemos la construcción de equipos y una cultura de amistad y diversión tanto en el lugar de trabajo como después de horas.

Unsere Unternehmenskultur basiert auf der Förderung von Kreativität, Transparenz, lohnendem Erfolg, persönlicher Entwicklung und einem offenen Austausch von Ideen und Teamarbeit. In unseren 14 internationalen Designstudios wollen wir eine internationale und eine lokale kreative Kultur pflegen, unabhängig vom jeweiligen Standort. Wir fördern Schulungen und Weiterbildungen, loben interne Design-, Skizzier- und Fotografie-Wettbewerbe aus und fördern durch eine Vielzahl an sozialen Aktivitäten das Team-Building und eine gute Arbeitsatmosphäre.

As a RIBA chartered practice, Chapman Taylor believes in investing in the future by identifying the talents and skills of the next generation of architects.
We regularly hold open days at our studios. Watch a video of our most recent open day.
In the UK, we employ both Part I (year-out) and Part II graduates, and we always endeavour to impart the experience and knowledge required by each graduate to enable them to successfully complete their studies.
We have a student group whose main aim is to give support to graduate architects looking to sit their professional exams. This group is made up of current graduates and those who have recently qualified.
Many employees who joined us as year-out students have subsequently completed their studies, returned to work with Chapman Taylor and gone on to forge long and successful careers with us.
