Global: Chapman Taylor - A winning, international team
We are pleased to report that once again, Chapman Taylor has had another successful year. Our 2014 highlights include:
Growth: Fuelled by client demand, headcount has increased in our UK business by 20% and we predict it will increase again by 20% - 25% in 2015.
Performance: Overall we have achieved strong business performance, with the UK, Czech Republic, and Chinese design studios, in particular, continuing to produce strong results.
Team: New appointments include an additional Director to support our Shanghai office; a Middle-East Business development Director and an International Marketing Director.
Awards: We have won 10 leading industry awards in 2014.
These included 'Best Retail Architecture in the World' at the International Property Awards for Global Harbor (Shanghai); 'Best International Shopping Centre' for Trinity Leeds (UK) at the global Retail and Leisure Industry Awards; 'Best Large Development' for Trinity Leeds (UK) at the ICSC European Shopping Centre Awards; 'Best Retail Architecture in Asia Pacific' for Global Harbor (Shanghai) at the Asia Pacific Property Awards and 'Architect of the year 2013' at the CEE Retail Real Estate Awards.

Our ethics: As a company we pride ourselves on being sustainability-conscious designers. Our knowledge and understanding of sustainability has led to the achievement of very successful BREEAM, as well as LEED and other energy performance codes, on many of our projects.
