Opened in March 2014, Atrium Felicity is a ca.75,000 sq ft Retail and Leisure complex that hosts 120 shops, 15 cafes and restaurants as well as 100 parking spaces.
It is located in the largest city of eastern Poland along one of the major road arteries. The building is slightly elevated in order to use the height difference along the entire length of the plot which allowed for a portion of underground parking.
Chapman Taylor Dusseldorf and Warsaw created the masterplan of the complex, as well as the interior design and lighting concept in cooperation with Berlin and London-based lighting designers, Scott Lighting.
The centre is anchored by a ca.20,000m² hypermarket, a ca.12,600m² DIY store, and a ca.3,500m² electronics store. Also located on site is a 9 screen cinema which is only the the 2nd in Poland to offer the new 4D experience.
The centre has been certified by BREEAM.
