The 'Tomorrow' building is a new development designed by Chapman Taylor - part of MediaCityUK in Salford.
The ‘Tomorrow’ project, is the latest expansion to the Chapman Taylor’s designed MediaCityUK scheme, which currently hosts one of the world’s biggest media brands, the BBC.
The £20m state of the art mixed-use scheme will include 54,000m2 of creative office and media spaces and a 112-bed hotel.
The 11-storey building aims to reach BREEAM Excellent rating and capitalises on MediaCityUK’s already established tri-generation renewable district energy systems that benefit from canal water cooling and heat recovery from the local on-site electricity generation engines.
This contemporary development seeks to attract further visitors to the innovative area, operating as an exciting new media hub which can offer start-up businesses and fast growing media creative’s flexible office space.
Construction began in March 2015 and completed in 2016.
