​A striking new residential community for Bangkok

Chapman Taylor has produced a design masterplan and architecture for a brand new residential community, “Rattanathibet Residences”, in Bangkok.

Rattanathibet Residences consists of three distinct towers united by one architectural identity of green living in a vertical neighourhood concept. It consists of over 70,000m² of apartments, retail and leisure elements which provide a new, attractive complex for modern living, creating a strong focal point for north-west Bangkok.

The project site is conveniently located near a new BTS line and retail centres such as Central Plaza, Index and Esplanade. Set in the vibrant Rattanathibet area, the development enjoys superb views over the whole Nonthaburi district of Bangkok and the nearby banks of the Chao Phraya river.

The residential elements of the scheme are complemented by shops, sports and leisure units, and F&B offerings, while open plazas feature al fresco dining, water features and landscaped public spaces. A common theme throughout the condominium is provided by cantilevered swimming pools, timber cladding, glass boxes and beautiful sky gardens.

Chapman Taylor’s Bangkok studio is responsible for the design of this landmark urban residential development.
