Alex Zentile-Miller appointed President of the Polish Council of Shopping Centres

Chapman Taylor’s Warsaw studio Director Alex Zentile-Miller has been appointed President of the Polish Council of Shopping Centres (Polska Rada Centrów Handlowych - PRCH).

One of the original founders, Alex has been a Board Member and Vice-president for the past 15 years. She was appointed unanimously following the resignation of previous PRCH President Patrick Delcol, who had been in the position for 10 years.

On her appointment, Alex said: “It is a great honour and responsibility, because the Polish Council of Shopping Centres represents and brings together almost the entire commercial real estate industry. With major changes taking place in the sector, and the changing legislative environment, dialogue and agreement between all entities in our market are crucial.”
