Alexander Esfahani promoted to Associate Director in our Manchester Studio
We are pleased to announce that Alexander Esfahani has been promoted to Associate Director. Alexander joined Chapman Taylor in 2016 and, in 2024, was appointed to Chapman Taylor’s Head of Sustainability, a group-wide role which he has enthusiastically embraced, helping the business drive forward our Responsible Design initiatives.
Since joining Chapman Taylor, Alexander has established himself as a dedicated and passionate architect. In addition to his contributions to Responsible design, he has played a key role in several residential and mixed-use projects, including Knight Dragon’s Plot M0121 - a new-build, Build-to-Rent tower on Greenwich Peninsula, Waterbeach – a suburban BtR masterplan on behalf of Urban&Civic and the workplace development for Allied London - Manchester Goods Yard.
Working collaboratively across the group, Alex has championed several sustainability-focused initiatives, which he continues to support. He is currently leading a team through the early design stages for Grainger’s John Street in Cardiff as we work towards submitting a planning application for this prime BtR development.
Congratulations Alexander!
