Calina-Elena Griguta speaking at the Baltic Real Estate Investment Forum

Calina-Elena Griguta, an architect from Chapman Taylor’s Düsseldorf Studio, is speaking at the Baltic Real Estate Investment Forum on June 3rd.

Calina will open the retail section of the conference at 10.30 am, with her presentation entitled: “Retail Environments – What’s Next?” Her talk will focus on Flair Fürth, a shopping centre refurbishment that Chapman Taylor designed and was opened in 2021. It was conceived as a home away from home, which breaks many of the conventional rules and norms of shopping centre design.

The Baltic Investment Forum takes place from June 2-3rd at Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva in Vilnius, Lithuania. Its agenda considers Baltic economies and emerging trends in real estate.
