BEO Shopping Centre shortlisted for European Design and Development Awards

BEO Shopping Centre in Belgrade, Serbia, has been nominated for a Design and Development Award in the ‘New Shopping Centres from 15-45,000 sq m’ category.

The 43,000m² GLA development offers over 150 well-known regional and international brands as well as a hypermarket, a multiplex cinema and a large selection of restaurants and cafés, all served by a 1,200-space underground car park.

Chapman Taylor’s Düsseldorf studio created the Concept and Scheme Designs for the project on behalf of MPC Properties and Atterbury Europe, while our Madrid studio created key elements of the interior design.

ECSP announced the finalists of the Design and Development Awards 2023 at MAPIC 2023. The winners will be awarded in a ceremony in March 2023.

Since 1977, the European Design and Development Awards have recognised the best shopping places in Europe. The winning projects will be presented with an award at a special ECSP event planned for spring 2023.
