Chapman Taylor's Bristol Studio shortlisted for Insider SW Architect of the Year Award

The finalists at Insider's annual South West Property Awards have been revealed. Chapman Taylor’s Bristol studio has been shortlisted for Architectural Practice of the Year.

This annual awards ceremony celebrates the property industry in the South West of the UK. Celebrating its 16th year, more than 350 people are expected to attend the ceremony on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at the Bristol Marriott Hotel City Centre.

Chapman Taylor’s Bristol studio has been involved in some of the best-known development projects in the region over the past 15 years – from industry-leading retail destinations, such as the redevelopment of Cabot Circus, to city centre residential projects, including Castle Park View, both in Bristol. Notable projects also include Queens Hospital Close in Birmingham, awarded planning permission this year, and Avon Street Student Accommodation, onsite in Bristol.

This year's finalists were chosen after a lengthy and robust judging process. In addition to the judging session, Insider canvassed the industry's views by holding separate discussion sessions with a number of last year's winners and other respected sector experts.
