Chapman Taylor and Castle Park View both shortlisted for 2020 Bristol Property Awards
The nominees for the 2020 Bristol Property Awards have been announced, with Chapman Taylor shortlisted for “Best Architect” and Castle Park View shortlisted for “Best Residential Development”.
The awards ceremony, celebrating the best residential and commercial property developments in the city, will take place at Ashton Gate Stadium on Friday 12 February 2021.

Owned by Homes England and Bristol City Council, Castle Park View is an exciting scheme which will regenerate a brownfield site in a prime location on the south-eastern corner of Castle Park. When complete the scheme will deliver the best Built-to-Rent homes in the city centre that will be managed by M&G.
The scheme consists of a 26-storey tower, the tallest residential building in Bristol, and a 10-storey block will book-end the main building and front onto a park. It will provide 375 high-quality homes through a mixture of Build-to-Rent and affordable housing. Car/bicycle spaces and leisure facilities are also provided, along with a 24/7 concierge reception.
Castle Park View
Chapman Taylor, acting for Linkcity, was responsible for the architectural design of Castle Park View, and we are now working with Bouygues UK on the construction phase and interior design, which is scheduled to complete in 2022.
