Chapman Taylor appointed to design interiors at residential development Castle Park View in Bristol

Chapman Taylor has been appointed to provide the interior design for all the amenity spaces at Bristol’s much-anticipated Castle Park View residential development.

Castle Park View is an exciting and attractive scheme which will regenerate a brownfield site, jointly owned by Bristol City Council and Homes England, in a prime location on the south-eastern corner of Castle Park – delivering some of the best dedicated Built-to-Rent and affordable homes in the city centre.

Our concept for the interiors is rooted in Bristol’s heritage and sense of identity, and captures the creative and vibrant spirit of today’s Bristol. Individual, yet linked, identities will be created for amenity spaces such as the building’s reception, foyer, social lounge, games room, dining areas, sky lounge, event space and fitness suite.

Our designs evoke the history of the city as a crucible of the industrial revolution, incorporating finessed details which particularly reference the city’s aircraft and automotive industries. Clean, simple lines will be accented by modern and comfortable upholstery in a relaxing palette of colours and materials – creating attractive and inviting social spaces in which a sense of community can be created.

Chapman Taylor, acting for Linkcity, was responsible for the architectural design of Castle Park View, and we are now working with M&G Real Estate and Bouygues UK on the construction phase and interior design, which is scheduled to complete in 2022.
