Chapman Taylor-designed Eda earns three shortlist spots in the Love to Rent BtR Awards
The 331-foot Eda tower, designed by Chapman Taylor for Cole Waterhouse and Taurus Investment Holdings, has been shortlisted for three categories in the Love to Rent Build-to-Rent (BtR) Awards: Best Build-to-Rent Development, Best Build-to-Rent Marketing Campaign, and Best Build-to-Rent Interior Design.
Located in Salford Quays, Manchester, Eda is a 29-storey tower featuring 290 apartments, co-working spaces, fitness facilities, and lush green spaces.
The Love to Rent Awards celebrate excellence in the BtR sector, showcasing developments that provide innovative, high-quality living experiences. Eda's nomination underscores its success in delivering an elevated residential experience with modern amenities, extensive commercial spaces, and a community-focused design.
Chapman Taylor conceptualised Eda's vision, completed the concept design, and secured full planning approval in October 2020. Construction commenced in Summer 2021 and reached completion in September 2023.
The awards ceremony will take place on October 25, 2024, at The Londoner, Leicester Square, London.
