Chapman Taylor-designed 'Haiquan Bay Retail' scheme in the new leisure resort of Haiquan Bay, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China is now under construction.
'Haiquan Bay' is a new leisure and tourist resort for Ningbo that will feature a retail mall, hotels, hot springs, F&B, entertainment, and associated sports facilities.
When complete, the resort will blend seamlessly into the historical context of the city, providing a healthy and fashionable retail, leisure, and hotel resort for visitors from across the region and beyond.
The 109,544 m² retail mall within Haiquan Bay has been designed for the China Tourism Group.
