Chapman Taylor designing luxury Breeze Resort residential complex in Jesolo, Italy
Chapman Taylor is designing an exclusive new residential tower, Breeze Resort, in the Italian harbour town of Jesolo, near Venice.
Breeze Resort is a new housing complex consisting of a mix of well-equipped luxury apartments offering a very high quality of services, detailing and finishing.
Designed to meet the best environmental and energy efficiency standards, the 4,000 m2 Breeze Resort tower is 19 storeys high and offers a range of apartment sizes and formats to suit the differing needs of individuals, couples and families. The larger apartments offer 100 m2, 117 m2 and 134 m2 options, while two smaller apartment formats of 67 m2 and 69 m2 are also available.
All apartments are equipped with terraces overlooking Jesolo’s popular tourist harbour as well as the resort’s swimming pool and 4,900 m2 private landscaped garden. Extensive glazing allows for spectacular views to the beach and the sea.
The design concept focuses on the principle of sophisticated wellbeing, providing for small moments of pleasure and exclusive services. Among these, staff will be available to assist residents 24 hours-a-day and there will be a dedicated delivery area, an open air swimming pool, a gym and wellness area, a children’s playground, 2,000 m2 of private parking with electric vehicle charging stations and automated home technology.
