Chapman Taylor Director Michael Swiszczowski to speak at UKAA London & SE Hub New Year Celebration
The UK Apartment Association (UKAA), the premier membership organisation for the UK Build to Rent (BTR) and Single-family Rental (SFR) sectors, is set to kick off the New Year with the inauguration of its London and South East Hub. The event, sponsored by Chapman Taylor, will take place on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at the Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP offices located at Governor’s House, 5 Laurence Pountney Hill, London, EC4R 0BR.
Following the successful establishment of regional Hubs in Scotland, the North-West, and the Midlands, the addition of the London and South East Hub signifies the growing influence and presence of the UKAA across the UK.
Michael Swiszczowski of Chapman Taylor, a renowned figure in the BTR sector, will be a speaker at the inaugural event. Michael will share insights into Chapman Taylor's experience in the Build to Rent sector, offering valuable perspectives on the industry's current landscape and future trends. Michael will be joined at the event by representatives of Chapman Taylor's London, Manchester, and Bristol studios.
The evening promises a mix of informative discussions and networking opportunities. Attendees, comprising UKAA members and non-members with a keen interest in BTR, will have the chance to engage with industry professionals and discuss pressing issues facing the sector in 2024.
Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP and Chapman Taylor are sponsoring drinks and networking for the occasion. Attendees are invited to join the networking event starting at 5:30 pm and concluding at 8:00 pm.
Tickets for the event are free for UKAA members, while non-members can secure their spot for £30. Additionally, UKAA members have the exclusive privilege of inviting a guest for free by contacting: Jude@ukaa.org.uk.
