Chapman Taylor features as RLI Magazine's September cover story
Main Board Director Chris Lanksbury has been interviewed for the September edition of RLI magazine, the leading retail and leisure industry publication, as the month's cover story.
RLI (Retail and Leisure International) Magazine is the only global magazine dedicated to both the retail and leisure development sectors.
In the two-page article, titled "60 years of evolution, innovation and success", Chris talks about his assessment of the challenges and opportunities facing the retail and leisure sectors worldwide at present. He also discusses Chapman Taylor's readiness, based on 60 years of experience, to adapt to changes in those industries.
Chris outlines the company’s recent and upcoming projects and explains how the company brings a unique mix of international capabilities and local knowledge to its award-winning retail and leisure designs. He expresses his confidence that the coming years will be as successful as any in Chapman Taylor's 60 years of design.
The magazine's cover image shows our striking design for City Plaza in Wuppertal, Germany, which was completed in April 2019 and is occupied by a successful Primark store. The building formed part of a larger urban regeneration scheme, also designed and delivered by Chapman Taylor on behalf of Signature Capital, which has transformed the area in front of the city's railway station.
