  • Key insights into planning challenges, legal considerations, and investment trends.
  • Expert-led discussions on design innovations, operational strategies, and lessons learned from the UK and US markets.
  • Hear from Atlas, GAA, Chapman Taylor, DLA Piper, Gensler, and more industry leaders.

Madrid: A Thriving Hub for Build-to-Rent

The Spanish BTR market has reached new heights, with more than 11,000 homes now available—a 27% increase since 2022. Madrid continues to lead this growth, with a remarkable 115% rise in BTR units, climbing from 2,725 in 2022 to 5,859 in 2024.

Spain’s robust rental market continues to attract major institutional players, reinforcing its strategic importance for large-scale BTR investments.
