We were delighted to scoop the award for Architectural Firm of the Year at this year’s EuropaProperty SEE (South-Eastern Europe) Real Estate Awards. In addition, our client Forte Partners won Best Asset Management Project for U•Center (Phase 1), a project on which we were the Lead Architect.

On March 31st, EuropaProperty held its 17th annual SEE Real Estate Awards at the Radisson BLU Hotel in Bucharest. It’s a prestigious awards ceremony that evaluates the region’s real estate sectors. The ceremony has not missed a year since its inception. This year’s awards ceremony celebrated a resurgence in residential development and investment throughout the area.
We faced stiff competition in the category of Architectural Firm of the Year, but the judges agreed our win was well-deserved given the breadth and quality of our architectural work in the region.
Associate Director of the Prague Studio, Igor Bergmann, says, “it’s a great recognition for our team and it reflects the high quality we are achieving in South-Eastern Europe. From J8 office park, which was recently awarded 2 BREEAM Outstanding certificates, to the impressive U•Center - Phase One office building; sustainability, innovation and quality are at the heart of our design process”. Other recently completed projects in the region include The Mark and Expo Business Park in Bucharest and Park Lane Office Center in Sofia
The 18th annual SEE Real Estate Awards will be held on April 6th, 2023.
