Finishing touches being Made at Dolmen Mall Lahore before Grand Opening

Construction at Dolmen Mall in Lahore, Pakistan, is in its final stages, with the highly anticipated grand opening just around the corner. Set to become a shopping destination unlike any other in the country, the 75,000m² GLA shopping centre will transform the retail landscape.

Situated within the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) grounds, the mall offers three retail space levels: a hypermarket, various cafés, restaurants, themed food streets, food courts, and extensive leisure and entertainment facilities. Two basement levels provide parking for up to 2,000 vehicles.

Designed by Chapman Taylor’s Brussels studio for Dolmen Group, this state-of-the-art development is easily accessible via the Lahore Ring Road and offers seamless connectivity to the city and surrounding areas.

The architectural design incorporates traditional Islamic patterns on glazed surfaces, blending geometrical shapes with a modern aesthetic. The exterior features subtle pastel colours and textures that harmonise with the landscape. In contrast, the building's standout feature is a wave-like roof canopy designed to draw attention to the entrances.

Inside, the mall offers a sophisticated experience across four levels, catering to daily needs. Shoppers can expect a curated selection of high-end brands, regional delicacies at the themed food courts, and family-friendly entertainment, including thrilling activities at Sindbad amusement park.

Strategically located near Lahore Airport and DHA Phase IV, Dolmen Mall Lahore is expected to significantly impact the local economy. The design process began in 2018, and construction started in 2020. The mall has created thousands of jobs, and even more employment opportunities are expected once it opens its doors. The mall is poised to attract visitors from across Lahore and beyond, boosting the local economy and creating new revenue streams.

This project, a result of a collaborative effort between local and international consultants, reflects Dolmen Group's commitment to delivering a world-class shopping experience in Pakistan.
