Office: Floreasca Park office development, Bucharest, wins two major awards in less than a week

We are pleased to announce that Floreasca Park, designed by our Prague office, has won two major real estate industry awards. In early April the development jointly won the 2014 CEEQA (Central and Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards) Office Development of the Year, in addition to winning the same award category in the 2014 SEE (South Eastern European) Real Estate Awards just two days later.

The CEEQA award was collected by the client, Robert Neale of Portland Trust.

Floreasca Park is a multi-tenant office development located in one of Bucharest’s fastest developing business districts. The project is shortly to receive a Breeam Excellent post construction stage certificate.
