Located on the historic former industrial site, the site will be transformed to include:
- 22,400m2 of flexible commercial space, divisible into units ranging from 400 to 2,000m2.
- Photovoltaic systems generating 1.6 MW of peak green electricity to power.
- Over 50 e-charging stations for both cars and bicycles, promoting emission-free mobility.
- A comprehensive greening concept for the office roofs and facades to contribute to a better urban climate.
- Biodiversity initiatives include beehives, insect hotels, and bird nesting opportunities to support local wildlife.
The aim is to achieve the DGNB Gold Sustainability Certificate, which will underline SEGRO's continued commitment to environmentally friendly developments. SEGRO Park Düsseldorf will be an exemplary sustainable commercial park that blends cutting-edge design with eco-conscious practices.
Employees and visitors alike will benefit from landscaped green areas for relaxation and recreation and a unique boules court for a break from the daily routine.
Construction is expected to be completed in early 2025.
