Hyderabad One (H1) wins in the Asia Pacific Property Awards
Chapman Taylor’s India Studio has been recognised with an award in the “Residential High Rise Architecture” category in the Asia Pacific Property Awards, for Hyderabad One.
Hyderabad One is India’s first luxury co-living space and will include deluxe rooms, a terrace lounge, seven-star bar and celebrity gym. The 47-storey development has been given gold certification by the Indian Green Building Council and will be the world’s tallest co-living space at 160 metres. H1 will be built in the heart of Hyderabad’s financial district and has been approved by Telangana State Real Estate Regulatory Authority. The project is due to complete in 2026.
