Jorge Alonso Rodríguez to speak at Proptech LatAm online conference on 13 August

Chapman Taylor Urban Architect Jorge Alonso Rodríguez will be speaking at the online PropTech LatAm conference on Thursday 13 August at 2pm Miami time (7pm London time, 8pm Madrid time).

The event, which virtually brings together leading figures from the Latin American property and construction industries, will discuss design, construction and technology trends across two days (13-14 August).

Jorge will be talking on the topic of “The human future of cities: Technology and liquid society”, explaining how we need to approach the design of urban areas in a human-centred way – adopting ‘smart’ technology in a way which serves human needs. He will present some of Chapman Taylor’s latest projects in the region and elsewhere to illustrate his ideas and will also hold a question and answer session afterwards.

Chapman Taylor has worked on a diverse mix of retail, leisure, office and hospitality projects across several Latin American countries, with several more projects on the drawing board at present.
