Mariia Grachova and Andrew Mackay, Directors at Chapman Taylor’s Brussels Studio, will attend the two-day Belgium Real Estate Summit ‘Realty’ this September in Brussels, on September 17th and 18th. The event will be held at Brussels Gare Maritime.

Realty 2024 is a meeting place for all forms of commerce and real estate leaders. It features over 20 conferences, 100 speakers, and approximately 2,550 visitors. It is the key real estate event in Belgium and beyond.

Mariia has worked on major retail, transportation, and mixed-use schemes across Europe, Africa, and South Asia, focusing on close collaboration with clients and consultants to achieve successful outcomes. Her linguistic, cultural, and technical knowledge spans multiple regions.

Joining Chapman Taylor in 2012, she advanced to Director in 2023. Known for her collaborative approach, Mariia is committed to sharing expertise, fostering teamwork, and contributing fresh ideas for future visions and insights.

Andrew Mackay (Architect BArch (Hons) BPD)

Director, Brussels

Andrew co-manages our Brussels studio, having joined Chapman Taylor in 2007 and advanced to the role of Director in 2022.

He holds an architectural degree from the University of Melbourne and has an extensive background working with architectural practices in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.

His wide-ranging design experience gained from working on different building types in different cultures and environments serves to strengthen the studio's vision and output.

Andrew ist seit 2007 bei Chapman Taylor tätig, seit 2018 ist er Prokurist im Düsseldorfer Büro. Als Leiter des Entwurfsteams hat er in den vergangenen Jahren eine Vielzahl wegweisender Projekte realisiert und betreut aktuell eine große Bandbreite unterschiedlichster Bauvorhaben.

Vor seiner Tätigkeit bei Chapman Taylor arbeitete Andrew für Unternehmen in Australien - wo er seinen Abschluss in Architektur machte-, in Neuseeland, Großbritannien, den Niederlanden und Deutschland.

Seine weitreichenden Erfahrungen in allen Stufen der Gestaltung und Umsetzung verschiedener Gebäudetypen in verschiedenen Kulturen und Umgebungen stärken und bereichern das Düsseldorfer Büro.
