Michael Swiszczowski and Catalina Ionita to speak at ARL Annual Conference on November 7th

Director Michael Swiszczowski and Senior Architect Catalina Ionita have been announced as speakers at the Association for Rental Living (ARL) annual conference. The event will take place on November 7, 2024, at the Business Design Centre in Islington, London.

The ARL, formerly the UK Apartment Association (UKAA), represents professionally managed, institutionally backed rental living sectors, including urban and suburban single-family and multi-family rentals, co-living, and later living communities.

Michael and Catalina will be leading a design challenge workshop entitled "Envisioning the Mid-Market BTR" on Thursday, 7th November, from 12:20 PM to 13:25 PM. They will share insights and expertise on the evolving design landscape in the rental living industry. Participants will workshop a design challenge set by the keynote speakers at the conference. This strategically important workshop will help to define new BTR solutions that will provide value to residents and investors alike.
