Chapman Taylor’s design concept for this landmark residential development presents something completely new to the Baku market.

With an emphasis on quality, this development promotes an aspirational, healthy and active lifestyle to its residents.

Exceeding all current building standards, quality can be seen throughout, such as in the choice of materials. Decorative treatments include stonework, glazed panels and inset balconies to produce highly modelled facades.
