New images of Ferra & CO Retail and Entertainment Park in Durres, Albania

New images of Chapman Taylor-designed Ferra & CO Retail and Entertainment Park project in Durres, Albania, have just been released.

Situated in the vibrant city of Durres, on the beautiful Adriatic coast of Albania, just 33km west of the capital city, Tirana, the project site spans an expansive area of 220,000m2. The proposed Gross Leasable Area (GLA) for the retail, cinema, and food court components is approximately 40,000m2 and will be built in several phases.

Durres, experiencing rapid urban growth, has become Albania's second most populous city. Its population is approximately 400,000 inhabitants and the catchment area within a 30-minute drive includes around 1 million people. In addition, Albania attracts 10 million tourists annually. Positioned at the city's northeast border, the site offers excellent visibility from both Durres and Tirana.

Albania is renowned for its breathtaking mountains, stunning seafront, rich history, and vibrant traditional culture. The Albanian people embrace a Mediterranean lifestyle and spend a significant amount of time outdoors.

In line with the region's unique characteristics, the Ferra & CO Retail and Entertainment Park is designed to be a haven for families and friends, providing a wide range of activities and landscaped zones for an immersive day outdoors. The project aims to create a vibrant destination that brings people together, fostering a sense of community and providing an unforgettable experience for visitors.

Chapman Taylor, with its extensive expertise in retail and entertainment design, is committed to delivering a project that harmoniously blends with the natural surroundings and reflects Albania's cultural heritage. The design will focus on creating an inviting and dynamic environment where retail, leisure, and sports seamlessly integrate, offering an exceptional destination for residents and tourists alike.
