Oregon Park Building B wins SEE Overall Building of the Year at the CEE Quality Awards
Chapman Taylor is pleased to report that Oregon Park Building B, a state-of-the-art office development in Bucharest, Romania, was awarded Overall Building of the Year in the SEE region at the CEE Quality Awards on April 25th, held in Warsaw.
The award was made in recognition of the outstanding environmental and sustainability credentials and high-quality design of the BREEAM Excellent-rated development.
The CEE Quality Awards honour outstanding achievements in commercial real estate investment and development in Central and South-Eastern Europe, recognising the best buildings, companies and industry professionals of the sector year.
Oregon Park is an attractive office campus designed to high standards of sustainability and focused on meeting the requirements of demanding tenants in the technology and finance sectors. Building A provides 20,000m² of offices, and is occupied by the US IT giant, Oracle. Building B provides a further 24,000m² of office space, and is occupied by Deloitte, Kambi, Viavi, Medicover and other tenants working in digital industries. The ground floor areas offer, restaurants, cafés and convenience shops to serve the needs of occupiers and visitors alike.
Chapman Taylor acted as concept and lead design architect on the Oregon Park project. Buildings A and B opened in 2017, while Building C, which will add a further 24,000m² of leasable space, is set to open later this year. Our client for Oregon Park is Portland Trust, the leading developer of innovative workspace in the Romanian market.
