Furthermore, the PINEA Resort is a testament to Responsible Design and Sustainability. It features modern, eco-friendly elements such as high-efficiency MEP systems and a rainwater collection and storage system for irrigation. The buildings' green roofs, designed to achieve a high bioactive green area ratio, align with local development plans and underscore the commitment to environmental responsibility.
The construction of the PINEA Resort, designed using advanced BIM-based design tools, is a testament to innovation and collaboration. Chapman Taylor's design for the Resort, commissioned by Fenixco, a joint venture of Belgian and Polish investors, has been executed under the guidance of Strabag Construction, the project's general contractor.
