Phase 1 of Chapman Taylor's residential scheme 'DENNIS JUIZHOU CITY' opens in Luoyang China

Phase 1 of Chapman Taylor's residential scheme in Luoyang, China, has been officially launched. The initial phase of 'DENNIS JUIZHOU CITY' was celebrated at an opening ceremony, which saw Chapman Taylor Director, Chris Lanksbury present our vision for this new urban park.

The overall 1,600,000 m² project is a urban masterplan in the western Henan province of Central China, Luoyang that comprises of a shopping centre, shopping street, office, hotel and residential elements. The scheme includes a 230,000 m² shopping mall that shall be the biggest in Luoyang.

The initial phase of the 570,000 m² residential element of the scheme was launched with a number of high profile guests attending. The first buildings have now welcomed their first new residents.
