Chapman Taylor's ambitious shopping centre is a first for Sibiu, Romania

The first shopping centre for the city of Sibiu in Romania, Festival Shopping Center will be the first of it's kind for the region.

The Chapman Taylor designed retail scheme for Primavera Development sits in a former factory and will be the first major retail scheme in the Romanian city with a lettable area of approximately 42,000 square metres. It will include a strong component of fashion and a  leisure offer with over 160 commercial units. the project is approximately 70 million euros.

The project is expected to be open for business in mid 2018.
