Construction starts at Almeria’s largest shopping centre in the region of Andalucia, Spain

Construction works for Torrecardenas Shopping and Entertainment Centre, in Almeria, Southern Spain, has started.

The new complex consisting of a Shopping Centre and several Retail Units is located in the Torrecárdenas area on the perimeter of the city next to the Hospital.

Retailers such as Primark, Leroy Merlin, Media Markt and the complete offer from the Inditex group (Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius…), have committed to let space.

It is 60,000 m² GLA and includes cinemas, 150 commercial units, the first food court in Andalucía and an infant multi-adventure area.

Torrecardenas Shopping and Entertainment Centre is set to become the largest shopping centre in the region when it opens in 2018/19.
