ETHOS retail scheme in Poland to rejuvinate the city centre
ETHOS in Three Crosses Square is a new business and retail destination in the Polish capital, which is situated on the main historic route leading from the Kings’ Summer Palace to the heart of the Old Town and the Royal Castle.
The Three Crosses Square is the most prominent business location in Warsaw. It is part of the bustling heart of the city adjacent to the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Polish Parliament, Sheraton Hotel and Ministry of Economy.
The new development will be a keystone of the modern high street, with a vision to create and modernise the site as well as influence the surrounding areas beyond its locaton.
Chapman Taylor Warsaw in cooperation with Maas Projekt have remodelled and extended the building (retail with offices above). The vision is to create luxury commercial retail space including an internal mezzanine within the future boutiques along Three Crosses Square featuring almost 8m high glazed frontage.
ETHOS will comply with the BREEAM International Excellent Certificate, both on the design and construction level. Completion is due in 2017.
