Further shopping and leisure complex for Exeter’s Princesshay is submitted for planning.

Chapman Taylor UK have submitted design proposals for the second phase of Exeter’s Princesshay. The scheme works on redeveloping Exeter’s bus and coach station, and has been designed to complement the existing retail and leisure space.

The redevelopment will include more than 180,000 ft² of new restaurants, cafes, shops, as well as a new multiplex cinema and a new public space in the form of an amphitheatre.

The development would be built on the same site as the proposed £20m swimming pool and leisure centre, which is being built by Exeter City Council.
