New fly-through video for Madrid’s largest shopping centre - Plaza Rio 2

Construction works of Plaza Rio 2 in Madrid are continuing at pace, the structure is now complete and the roof and facades are almost finished.

Currently the interior finishes, installations and fit-out works are ongoing. Main works will be finished in the summer with all shop fit-outs finished in October when the centre will open.

The scheme is located along the banks of the river Manzanares in Madrid and will be the capital’s largest shopping centre.

Plaza Rio 2 will comprise of 130,000 square metres including 180 shops, restaurants, entertainment facilities and 1,500 parking spaces. The building is designed to be highly sustainable with advanced systems to maximise energy efficiency.
