Regeneration scheme, The Lexicon in Bracknell to open September 2017

Chapman Taylor’s £240 million regeneration retail and leisure project in Bracknell, one of the UK’s largest town centre rejuvenation projects, is forging ahead a year before its official opening which has been confirmed for September 2017.

Already buildings for stores M & S and Fenwick, with its iconic cladding that will act as a centre piece for The Lexicon development, are both on target to complete this month.

As Executive Architects, Chapman Taylor are supporting MACE, for the redevelopment which will fundamentally change the landscape of Bracknell town centre and deliver a 1 million-sq ft retail, leisure and entertainment destination.
