Creating a vibrant and modern workspace
One Arlington Square involves the extensive renovation of an existing, tired office building located at Arlington Square Business Park, Bracknell. The £5 million refurbishment project has transformed the existing 1990s office, reinvigorating it to create a series of vibrant and modern workspaces.
Designed around wellness
The building consists of four storeys of office space that wraps around a central, previously external courtyard that has been covered with a new glazed rooflight. The space has been transformed into a vibrant and modern amenity destination for the whole building. The design embodies a strong sense of wellness and relaxation through a careful selection of materials and an array of biophilic elements. Terracotta and natural tones compliment the existing buff brickwork, providing an understated palette that seamlessly blends with warm oak and rich biophilic flora throughout the building.
The outcome is a bold statement, showcasing high-quality Grade A office and amenity space that elevates One Arlington Square above its competitors.
Client testimony: "We have worked with Chapman Taylor on a number of projects ranging from office interior fit outs to full redevelopment of large scale office buildings… Chapman Taylor have been critical as our lead in these projects, managing other disciplines but crucially delivering their vision whilst hitting many of our key targets".
