Map Location

A new luxury residential community

A large gated residential community providing approximately 75,000m² of living space on a site to the west of central Gurugram, India. The masterplan places eight 15-storey towers and 11 villas around large and extensively landscaped gardens and community parklands. The site entrance is served by the main access road, which has excellent connections to one of the main routes to nearby New Delhi. The 2, 3 and 4 bed apartments range in size from 80m² to 250m².

A range of supporting facilities

The parkland area includes facilities such as a clubhouse and gym, a spa, sports facilities, children’s play areas, a large amphitheatre and a jogging track.

Penthouse apartments with great views and privacy

Great care has been taken to give each apartment exceptional views while protecting privacy. The top level of each tower has a pair of luxury penthouse apartments with landscaped terraces and shaded infinity pools.

Chapman Taylor’s London and New Delhi studios developed the masterplan and acted as lead architect on this project.
