Archi Unveils Le Meridien Sioni Lake Resort & Spa, a landmark development in Georgia
On October 3rd, developer Archi officially launched the Le Meridien Sioni Lake Resort & Spa, a luxurious new development set against the stunning backdrop of the Sioni Reservoir. This elite resort blends modern luxury with the beauty of nature, offering guests an exceptional getaway experience. Developed in partnership with Le Méridien, part of the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio, the project marks a significant step forward for Georgia's tourism sector.
Located just 50 km from Tbilisi and close to Tbilisi National Park, the resort will transform Sioni into a year-round tourist destination. The complex will include a Le Méridien hotel, residential villas, and serviced apartments, all supported by comprehensive infrastructure. The Le Meridien Sioni Lake Resort & Spa will feature 2,500m2 of indoor and outdoor pools; an aquapark and an outdoor hot spring pool; a 3,000m2 spa, wellness centre, and fitness gym; a banquet hall accommodating 550 people; conference rooms and terrace; five restaurants, a bar, lounges, and cafes; an open-air cinema and amphitheatre; a children’s entertainment area; a winter garden; a helipad; a 3 km boulevard along the lake with walking and biking paths; tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, and soccer fields; paddle courts; a fishing area; and a zip line.
Chapman Taylor, acting as the Masterplanners, Architect and Interior Designer for the Apartment buildings, along with Archi’s Hotel Management arm, HPM, is bringing this visionary project to life.
Once completed, the Le Meridien Sioni Lake Resort & Spa is set to become a premier destination for relaxation, adventure, and luxury in Georgia.
