Awards: Residential landmark scheme in Gurgaon, India awarded ‘Premium Project of the Year’

Chapman Taylor’s Bestech Park View Ananda scheme in India has been awarded 'Premium  Apartment Project of the Year - North' by NDTV Property Awards. The Awards which is now into its third year has emerged as the most credible benchmark for the industry in the country.

The project designed by Chapman Taylor London and India, covers 12 acres and comprises of 720 apartments in eight 15-storey towers and 11 villas; along with a clubhouse, gym, spa and sports facilities.  There is extensive landscaping throughout the site and each property has spectacular views. The masterplan has fast become a landmark project for the region.

The project was completed and handed over to residents in October 2015.
