Awards: Central Kladno development is awarded first place at Czech real estate awards

The Czech Republic’s 17th annual ‘Best of Realty’ jury has awarded Chapman Taylor’s “Central Kladno” first place in the retail category.

Central Kladno has over 100 retail units, including restaurants and cafés, and contains over 26,000m2 of lettable space.

The developer is Crestyl, one of the leading retail and residential developers on the Czech market who have invested CZK 1.5bn (55m Euros) in the project.

The scheme, which officially opened earlier this year in Kladno, was particularly praised by the jury for its successful design and the vibrant tenant mix.
