Awards: Global Harbor notches up yet another design award

Chapman Taylor’s Global Harbor scheme in Shanghai has been awarded the winning scheme at China’s prestigious Real Estate Design Awards 2015 / 2016.

The £387m scheme, which was awarded  'Best Retail Architecture in the World' Award at the International Property Awards last year, has received another accolade from China’s leading real estate awards.

The finalists, were judged by a jury composing of more than 20 real estate and architecture leaders from a variety of sectors and it was Global Harbor that was chosen in what has become China’s most authoritative design award in the sector.
