Chapman Taylor Attends BakuBuild 2024, Strengthening our ties in Azerbaijan
This week, Chapman Taylor participated in BakuBuild at the Baku Expo Center, Azerbaijan’s largest building and interiors trade show and the leading construction forum in the Caucasus region. Both Group Board Director Adrian Griffiths and Associate Director Hui Hun Wang took the stage at key events within the Expo, highlighting our involvement in the region’s thriving construction industry.

During the event, we had the privilege of meeting British Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Fergus Auld, at the UK Government Stand, followed by a dinner at his residence. Ambassador Auld, a long-time supporter of our work in Azerbaijan, expressed continued encouragement for our contributions to the region.

We were also honoured to meet Shahmar Movsumov, Assistant to President Ilham Aliyev president of Azerbaijan, who visited the UK stand and expressed his awareness of Chapman Taylor’s significant projects across Azerbaijan.
Chapman Taylor has proudly worked in Azerbaijan for over 20 years, delivering landmark projects such as Deniz Mall, Port Baku Towers 1 and & Port Baku Towers 2, K Residence, and Ganjlik Mall. We are currently involved in the masterplanning of several large urban regeneration schemes in the Karabakh region.
