Chapman Taylor is creating a major urban design for central Nanchong in China.

Located in the Shunqing District of the city, the Nanchong CBD Urban Development site is well positioned in the northern part of city centre, where the county-level government is based.

The development plot is surrounded by several major public institutions, including higher education and healthcare buildings. The location is a strategically advantageous one within North East Sichuan and the wider Chengdu-Chongqing region.
