The 331ft Eda Tower, designed by Chapman Taylor for Cole Waterhouse and Taurus Investment Holdings, has been shortlisted for three categories in the Love to Rent Build-to-Rent (BTR) Awards: Best Build to Rent Development, Best Build to Rent Marketing Campaign, and Best Build to Rent Interior Design. Located in Salford Quays, Manchester, Eda is a 29-storey tower featuring 290 apartments, co-working spaces, fitness facilities, and lush green spaces. The awards ceremony will take place on September 25, 2024, at The Londoner, Leicester Square, London.
