Chapman Taylor is creating a masterplan for a coastal tourism resort at Xiyong Dapeng in the Chinese city of Shenzhen.
The Xiyong area is located at the southern end of the Nan'ao Peninsula in Shenzhen's Dapeng New District.
The area has three kilometres of silver-white sandy beaches and is rated as one of the eight most beautiful coastlines in China.
Chapman Taylor’s masterplan harnesses the location's unique ecological and cultural characteristics, creating a super first-class ecological coastal tourism resort centred on the three core aims of environmental, socio-cultural resilience and economic resilience.
