Retail: Chapman Taylor’s retail scheme for Raynes Park is unveiled at public exhibition.

We are currently designing the development of a retail park that sits along Bushey Road in Raynes Park, South West London.

A number of industrial warehouses and vacant offices currently stand on the  semi derelict  site which has been earmarked for regeneration and where the new proposals are being exhibited at a public exhibition.

The retail scheme will be designed and delivered by Chapman Taylor and provides seven new retail units, restaurants and cafes and  new car parking facilities.

Restaurants will benefit from an external seating areas and quality landscaping adding vibrancy to this retail park which is easily accessible by the A3.

It is hoped that the new scheme will generate over 400 new jobs in the region.

The designs are currently available for the local community to see at a public exhibition at Raynes Park Library Hall and Raynes Park High School throughout (July 17th / 18th).
