Customer journey improvements made at Ville 2 shopping centre in Charleroi
Chapman Taylor was recently asked to improve the customer journey and experience at Ville 2 shopping centre in Charleroi, Belgium.
The project encompassed a range of enhancements, transforming both the exterior and interior spaces of the facility. The parking entrances received a vibrant makeover, featuring freshly redecorated walls adorned with a fresh coat of paint, and a warm welcome was extended through customized welcome stickers. Inside, new lighting fixtures were added above the the skylights.
Additionally, the green columns at the entrances were infused with the company's identity through logo-adorned bulkhead stickers, extending their branding presence along the escalators. The project's commitment to branding was further emphasized with the installation of striking new Ville 2 Exterior Logos positioned above the entrances.
Even the toilets and office corridors were not overlooked, as they received wall treatments that included decorative mirrors and carefully placed stickers, completing the transformation with style and practicality.
Chapman Taylor’s Brussels studio has been supporting our client LSGI/SCC as they upgrade and enhance Ville 2 for a number of years now. We previously designed the successful extension of the 1990-built centre, which completed in 2012.
