Delivery of Courtyard by Marriott hotel approaching completion in Keele

The Courtyard by Marriott hotel, for which Chapman Taylor developed the existing concept and is delivering on site, is approaching completion in Keele.

This 150-key, 4-Star Courtyard by Marriott hotel will complement Keele's university and conference centre, providing a full-service offer to visitors.

Chapman Taylor developed the initial concept design created by KMA Architects for developers Mill Lane Estates and Main Contractor Bowmer & Kirkland.

As well as delivering the new hotel, Chapman Taylor is providing full interior design services, providing a relaxing and luxurious environment with the Courtyard by Marriott brand identity at its heart.

It is anticipated that the new hotel will be ready to accommodate guests by January 2021.

This 150-key, 4-Star hotel complements Keele's university and conference centre, providing a full-service offer to visitors. The hotel includes two meeting rooms available for hire as well as a gym. There is also a separate commercial unit on the ground floor, fitted out as a coffee shop, but possessing the capability of easy adaptation to host other types of tenant.
